Placing an order
How can I pay for my order?

All orders are placed online on our website. Simply select the items you would like, choose your sizes, add them to your basket and pay and checkout.

When will my order ship?

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed during weekdays. You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking number once it is on the way to you.

Delivery
Where is my order?
You will receive a dispatch email as soon as your order is on its way to you. This will contain a tracking link so you can follow your order.
What should I do if I don't receive my order?
The first thing to do is check your tracking link for the status of your order. Our couriers do their best to get your order delivered to you during the estimated delivery period, but occasionally things can take a little longer than expected, especially during busy times. 
If there has been no update for a long time and you would like us to check on your order then please email us at info@luxseaswimwear.com 
How long does delivery take?
You can find a list of delivery timescales and prices by per country here.

Additioanlly once you reach checkout and enter your address, you will see all available shipping options for your country.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship internationally to all countries. We have a currency selector tool on the homepage on our website so you can see prices in all major currencies. This will change the prices on our website to your chosen currency and all shipping options will be in your chosen currency too. 
Can I ship to a PO Box?
Sorry we can't ship to a PO Box. If you have entered an international PO Box as your delivery address, we will reach out to you to get an alternative address which may delay your delivery.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, we offer free standard UK delivery on orders over £75. This will automatically apply at checkout.

For international orders we offer free standard delivery when you spend over £150 which will also be applied at checkout.

What do I do if I receive a faulty/incorrect item?
It is very rare for us to send you an incorrect or faulty item but in the rare circumstance this happens then please email us on info@luxseaswimwear.com with a description of the issue and pictures if possible. We will get you a replacement sent out asap!

How do I care for my Luxsea bikini?
Luxsea Bikinis are made from high quality fabrics with delicate trims and crochet details. To keep your Luxsea bikini in great condition please follow our care instructions:
  • Hand wash in cold water after every use
  • Lay flat to dry
  • Do not tumble dry, dry clean, iron or use bleach
  • Never twist your swimsuit to dry
  • Whilst the bikinis can be worn in pool or ocean water, the crochet bikinis are not intended for strenuous water activity or long periods of time in heavy chlorinated water
  • Certain sunscreens, tanning oils and fake tan can damage your bikini or swimsuit due to the harsh chemicals
The item I would like is out of stock, what do I do?
Our best selling items sell out quickly and we try to restock them as fast as possible. Please monitor our website as we regularly update it when we receive new stock. We do not restock our sale items so all sizes here are final, we will not be receiving more stock.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?

We hope you’re happy with your purchase but you’re welcome to return or exchange any unwanted items.

For all UK returns you are able to return items within 14 days of receipt. For international items you are able to return items within 21 days of receipt.

All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn with hygiene stickers and tags on.

How do I return or exchange items?
If you would like to return or exchange items from your order please visit our UK or International Online Returns Portals.

1. To start the process enter your order number (including the hashtag) and email address used to make the order

2. Select the item(s) you would like to return or exchange. You also have the option to return your items for store credit via a gift card. 

3. Once you have completed the process you can either print out the returns label at home or download the QR code to use in any Royal Mail (UK) or UPS (rest of the world) drop off point. Please note, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

4. Attach the postage label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest drop off point.
Do you offer free exchanges?
We offer free exchanges in the UK. You can request an exchange for a different size in the same item or you can choose a different item.

Exchanges are a quicker and cheaper option than returns! Simply request your exchange on our returns portal and the different item will be sent out to you. Exchange requests must be made within the 14 day returns period.

For international exchanges these are to be paid for by the customer. Simply request your exchange on the returns portal and you will be able to pay for the cost of the UPS returns label (cost dependant on your country). You can them return your items back to us at your local drop off point.
How soon will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received back to us and inspected by our returns department, your return will be issued within 7 - 10 working days.
Can I track my return?
Yes! You may use the tracking number on the pre-paid shipping label to track your package back to us.
