RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you’re happy with your purchase but you’re welcome to return or exchange any unwanted items.
We’ve taken our returns online!
Please visit our UK or International returns portals below to return items.
All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn with hygiene stickers and tags on.
UK RETURNS PORTAL
To request a return please visit our UK Returns Portal.
You are able to return your items within 14 days of receipt.
To start the process enter your order number (including the hashtag) and email address used to make the order.
Select the item(s) you would like to return or exchange. You also have the option to exchange your items for something else or return your items for store credit via a gift card.
Once you have completed the process you can either print out the returns label at home or download the QR code to use at any Royal Mail drop off point.
Attach the postage label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest drop off point.
Please note that the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund when using our returns labels, unless you select exchange in which case your returns label will be completely free.
A refund amount of £2.99 will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover the cost of the return.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS PORTAL
To request a return please visit our International Returns Portal.
You are able to return items with 21 days of receipt.
To start the process enter your order number (including the hashtag) and email address used to make the order.
Select the item(s) you would like to return or exchange. You also have the option to return your items for store credit via a gift card.
Once you have completed the process you can either print out the returns label at home or download the QR code to use at any UPS drop off point.
Attach the postage label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest drop off point.
Please note that the cost of the return or exchange will be deducted from your refund when using our returns labels.
The cost of the prepaid UPS shipping label will be dependent on your country and shown on the portal.
Once we have received and inspected your return, a refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Refunds will be issued within 7 – 10 working days after they have been received back to us.
