UK RETURNS PORTAL

Once you have completed the process you can either print out the returns label at home or download the QR code to use at any Royal Mail drop off point.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS PORTAL 

To request a return please visit our International Returns Portal. 

You are able to return items with 21 days of receipt.

To start the process enter your order number (including the hashtag) and email address used to make the order.

 Select the item(s) you would like to return or exchange. You also have the option to return your items for store credit via a gift card.

You have the option to choose our own prepaid returns label (UPS) or return items yourselves, for example at your local post office. If organising your return yourselves we recommend using a service which provides a proof of postage receipt.

 Please note that if using our prepaid label with UPS the cost of the return or exchange will be deducted from your refund. The cost of the prepaid UPS shipping label will be dependent on your country and shown on the portal.

Once you have completed the process you can either print out the returns label at home or download the QR code to use at any UPS drop off point.

Attach the postage label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest drop off point.

 Once we have received and inspected your return, a refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Refunds will be issued within 7 – 10 working days after they have been received back to us.
